Reservations/Payment/Check in

Reservations for Holiday Villas III can be made anytime by calling 866-443-4405 or by email.  Reservation is held with a VISA/MC/DISC deposit.  Book directly with us and save unnecessary vacation website commission and avoidable service fees that are passed on to you!   Rentals are weekly Saturday to Saturday with a 7 night minimum.  Email confirmation will be sent providing check in instructions.  Balance is due at time of check in at the ON SITE office. When booking with us, check in at the ON SITE office after 3pm and check out before 10am.  You can also arrange for an after hours check in which can be arranged in advance with the ON SITE office.

Age Requirement/Cancellation Policy

Holiday Villas III is a family-oriented vacation destination.  To ensure a proper family vacation atmosphere, you must be at least 25 years of age in order to rent a condo.  In the event it becomes necessary to cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us immediately at 866-443-4405.  Cancellations received prior to arrival will result in 50% loss of deposit.  Cancellations made within 60 days prior to arrival will result in 100% loss of deposit.  Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival or no shows at the time of arrival will result in payment in full if the unit can not be re-rented.

Unit Set up/Bed Sizes, Fees/Parking

2 Bed, 2 Bath Condos accommodate 6 - 8 people.  The bed sizes in each unit are specific to that unit.  Florida fire code limits the number of occupants in a 2 bedroom unit  to 6 - 8 people.  Each Condo is individually owned, decorated and furnished with your comfort in mind. 

Every reservation is charged $169 fee for departure clean and linens in each unit.  Linens are provide with each stay  and include bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths along with bed linens for each bed and sleeper sofa.  One Parking spot is assigned for each reservation.  Should you need additional spots, please arrange with the ON SITE office in advance as parking is limited.  Boat, Jets Ski and RV parking is also available along with use of the private boat dock at an additional nominal charge.

Other Information

The property does not permit rental guests to house pets.  There are kennels available in the area should you wish to bring a pet.  For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is NOT allowed inside the Condo or in public areas on the property.   You may smoke on the balcony.

Each Condo has its own separate phone number, local calls are available free of charge.  Long distance calls must be made collect or with a calling card.

Complementary high speed internet is available in every Condo for our guests use.

Coin operated washer/dryers are located on every floor of the building next to the elevator.  Please ensure you bring quarters for this service.

Trash should be removed from the Condo on a daily basis, A Trash chute is located near the elevator for your convenience.

The ON SITE office has maintenance staff available during normal business hours and on call for emergencies.
